Food supplement with PinkAktive.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before going to sleep. Melatonin helps to alleviate the effects of jet laf; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin before going to sleep, the day before the trip and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Hops contribute to relaxation (sleep; in case of stress).
Black pepper has an antioxidant function.

How to use
We recommend taking one tablet in the evening, half an hour before bedtime.
