Pineal® tablets is a food supplement based on L-Tryptophan, Magnesium and Niacin.

Indications

Pineal® tablets, thanks to the presence of these plant extracts, contributes to the maintenance of normal nervous and psychological functions.

Action

It acts on normal nervous and psychological function and on the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How does Pineal® work?

The Pineal® supplement is effective thanks to the synergy of its components:

Tryptophan , is an essential amino acid, that is, it is not produced endogenously and consequently must necessarily be introduced with the diet; moreover, it represents on average only 1% of the amino acids taken, so its concentration can often be deficient in the blood. L-Tryptophan is also the only precursor for the endogenous synthesis of serotonin, a chemical mediator that regulates mood, and of Melatonin, a hormone produced by the pineal gland, whose activity is essential in various stages of sleep, especially during REM (Rapid Eyes Movement) phases.
Magnesium and Niacin , which contribute to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Method of use and dosage

We recommend taking 2 tablets in the evening before going to bed, accompanied by a little water.
Pineal® can also be taken by people with intolerance or sensitivity to gluten and lactose.

Warnings and Contraindications

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store the product in a cool, dry place away from light and direct heat sources. The minimum storage term refers to the product in an intact and correctly stored package.

L-Tryptophan, magnesium carbonate, stabilizers: polyvinylpyrrolidone, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; magnesium hydroxide, anti-caking agents: talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; Niacin (nicotinic acid).
