Pineans® tablets is a food supplement based on Melatonin, Hawthorn, Lactium®, Valerian, Passiflora, Griffonia and Rodiola.

Indications

How does Pineans® work?

The Pineans® tablets supplement is effective thanks to the synergy of its components:

Hawthorn, Valerian, Passiflora and Griffonia , contribute to relaxation; these plants and their extracts represent remedies used in the herbalist tradition to counteract states of agitation in general;
Griffonia is also useful for maintaining a normal mood, promoting mental well-being;
Rhodiola , also known as the arctic root, is characterized by its content of species-specific phenolic glycosides, flavonoids, catechins and tannins. Within the family of glycosides, the most representative is salidroside (or rodioloside) which has shown in vitro an activity on enzymes that degrade monoamines such as serotonin, noradrenaline and dopamine;
Lactium® represents a-casezepine or an active decapeptide deriving from milk proteins, to which, on the basis of current knowledge, the classic sensation of relaxation of the baby after feeding is related. After weaning, the ability to synthesize this decapeptide is lost;
Melatonin , is a hormone produced by the pineal gland starting from Tryptophan, an essential amino acid, that is, it belongs to that particular family of amino acids that must be taken through the diet because we are unable to synthesize them endogenously. In the organism it undergoes various metabolic reactions through which the neurotransmitter serotonin is first produced and from this, through further steps, melatonin.
Melatonin helps reduce the time to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin just before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Flowers and leaves eg tit. 1.5% in vitexina, Passiflora (Passiflora incarnata L.) flowered aerial parts eg tit. with 3.5% flavonoids, Lactium® (hydrolyzed MILK proteins), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root eg tit. 0.42% in valerenic acids, Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L.) root eg tit. 3% in rosavine, Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] seeds eg tit. 98% in 5-hydroxy-L-tritophane (L-5-HTP), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol; Melatonin, dye: calcium carbonate. Contains milk derivatives.
