Our “Live Bio” Bitter is the fundamental ingredient for an excellent base for cocktails and for the organic spritz, typical of Treviso, with a fresh and captivating design, revisited in 2016, and an entirely 1950s style, with the its lively orange immediately brings to mind the idea of ​​a summer evening with friends and fun, and tasty cocktails. With a citrus flavour, with an intense fruity aroma and an alcohol content of 15% vol, it goes perfectly with our organic Prosecco and orange juice, to create a cocktail with a completely natural, green and organic flavour, the Live Spritz, the 100% organic spritz. In combination with our Live spritz, we recommend the classic "cicchetti" of the Venetian tradition, small appetizers, typical of our cuisine and of the bacari of Venice.

Although it may seem like one of the lightest drinks in the world, Spritz contains all the taste of Venetian tradition and historicity, expressing conviviality and lightness.

The “Live Bio” is an alternative way of preparing the aperitif: here is the recipe for the organic spritz!

• 3 parts organic Prosecco DOC sparkling wine
• 1 part organic “Live Bio” bitters
• 1 part sparkling water (or if you prefer organic soda).
• Ice and half a slice of orange

The Spritz Bio is prepared in a rocks glass or large wine glass.
You need to pour some ice cubes and then the organic Spumante Prosecco DOC.
Add the sparkling water or soda and finally pour in the “Live Bio” bitter with circular movements to prevent it from settling only on the bottom. The spritz is ready by garnishing it with a slice of orange!
