Due to its nature and characteristics, the organic sparkling rosé wine of the “So Easy” line winks at the market segment characterized by younger consumers. The sleeve, with a floral pattern and completely removable, with which the bottle was coated underlines and accentuates the character of this wine obtained from a selection of grapes that follow a reduced red vinification. Sparkling wine ideal for occasions such as aperitifs with fresh fruit or appetizers of various kinds.

Vinification

The must macerates for a few hours on the skins to obtain a pale pink color. Subsequently, fermentation takes place in steel autoclaves at a controlled temperature for at least 30 days, according to the Charmat method, reaching a pressure of 4 atm.
