Active principles

• Triclosan : powerful antibacterial, it effectively inhibits the growth of plaque even in the gum sacs and in the interproximal spaces, which are difficult to reach by the toothbrush, preventing the onset of caries and gingivitis.
• Fluorine : in a totally available ionic form, it interacts with the hydroxyapatite crystals present on the dental enamel, transforming them into fluoriapatite crystals. In this way, it makes the dental structure more resistant to the attack of acids and caries and, by depositing on the exposed root surfaces, it protects the uncovered necks, reducing the symptoms of dental hypersensitivity.
• Xylitol : non-cariogenic sweetener which, not being metabolized by bacterial plaque, inhibits the secretion of lactic acid. The pH of the oral cavity is thus maintained at optimal levels throughout the day, preserving the enamel from the attack of acids that cause dental caries.
