Characteristics:
pleurotus osteotrus is rich in ingredients such as bioactive polysaccharides such as B-1-3, B-1-6 homo D-glucan, and amino acids such as serine, alanine, glycine and ergosterol.

How to use:
the recommended dose is between 3 and 6 tablets per day. Alternatively, for the 250 g biomass powder pack, the recommended use is 2 scoops per day (each scoop contains 2g).
The tablets can be chewed or swallowed whole, preferably using warm water. Alternatively biomass powder can be mixed with meals.

Components:
pleurotus (pleurotus osteotrus ) biomass - mycelium.
Only for tablet packs, bulking agents: vegetable stearic acid, methylcellulose, silica; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.
