How to use
Cut the insoles to the size of your shoe following the indicator line. Before use, make sure that the product can be correctly inserted into the shoe: if necessary, remove the existing insoles and replace them with Podovis ones. In case of discomfort or discomfort, remove them for an hour or two, then insert them again. For maximum beneficial effect, replace the insoles every 6 months.
