The shims in the front allow for improved weight distribution of the body. The rigid support located in the central part allows adequate arch support. The bearing located in the rear part gives a cushioning effect: they absorb mechanical shocks and protect against impacts with the ground, reducing the risk of discomfort to the tendons.
The insoles are hand washable in warm water using a mild soap or detergent.

How to use
Cut the insoles to the size of your shoe following the indicator line. Before use, make sure that the product can be correctly inserted inside the shoe: if necessary, remove the existing insole and replace it with the Podovis insole. To maintain the beneficial effect of the insole, replace the product every 12 months.
