How to use
Use once a week.
1. Wash and dry your feet, remove the transparent film from the patch and apply it on the heel and metatarsal.
2. Leave for at least 30 minutes until the patch is dry.
3. Remove the patches, massage with circular movements of the fingers until any hydrogel residue disappears.
