This essence was collected on the ice pack of the Arctic ocean, near the North Pole. The polar ice pack is an austere environment where very little except ice can be noticed at first sight: in this environment the distractions and inputs present where men usually live are absent and the mind harmonizes in a very sweet way to this sense of imperceptible. This essence addresses our relationship with time and transition and represents the energy of pure time, pure waiting with no purpose other than to wait for change to complete its cycle. Polar Ice is very useful in all those phases in which we do not know what is really going to happen and in which we are impatient and want to live a different moment from the one we are going through. Indications

Doses
For short-term, emergency situations or to receive immediate support use the drops in the stock solution. For real therapeutic processes, aimed at changing behavior patterns and long-term emotions, prepare a dosage bottle as follows: fill a 30 ml bottle with a dropper for 2/3 of natural mineral water or spring water and the part remaining brandy, to preserve the solution. Then add 2 drops from the stock bottle for each chosen essence. For those who are particularly sensitive to alcohol use apple vinegar or vegetable glycerin. The standard dosage is 4 drops 4 times a day, but everyone can understand for themselves how many times to take the essences.
