FOOD SUPPLEMENT OF MINERAL SALTS: POTASSIUM CITRATE + MAGNESIUM CITRATE

Supplement of mineral salts based on Potassium and Magnesium. Indicated in states of potassium and magnesium deficiency which can be caused by excessive sweating (even in cases of particular climatic conditions), intense physical activity, lack of dietary intake or diets very rich in fiber which lead to a lower absorption of mineral salts. It is also indicated in cases of increased need.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism. It also helps to restore the electrolyte balance and therefore to combat the effects of pressure drops typical of the summer heat.
Potassium , taken in a dose of 300 mg per day, is involved in carrying out many body functions, for example, it contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure and, together with magnesium, it contributes to the normal functioning of the muscles and nervous system.

How to use

It is recommended to take one sachet after the two main meals up to a maximum of 3 sachets a day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water. It is recommended to continue the administration of the product for at least two weeks.

Keep the product out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of overdose, prolonged use or in patients with renal insufficiency, it is advisable to contact your doctor.

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, in the original package. Do not use if the sachet is defective. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored.
