Polase Arancia, Polase Limone are recommended:

Ingrediants:
Polase has a balanced formula of Potassium and Magnesium , two of the most abundant minerals in the body.
Magnesium :
- it is important to support normal energy metabolism , restoring energy and vitality to the body in situations of fatigue and muscle weakness
- contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
- it contributes to the electrolyte balance and, therefore, to combat the effects of pressure drops typical of summer heat
Potassium is also involved in the performance of many body functions, for example taken in a dose of 300 mg per day, it contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure and, together with Magnesium , contributes to normal muscle and nervous system functioning .

How to use:
- For adults . We recommend taking one sachet or two tablets after the two main meals, up to a maximum of 3 sachets or 6 tablets per day
- Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water
- It is recommended to continue the administration of Polase for at least two weeks
- To be consumed preferably by the end of : see bottom of the pack for Polase Orange and Polase Lemon, see side of the pack for Polase Tablets. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in unopened package
- Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C in the original packaging
- Do not use if the sachet is defective or if the blister is damaged
- Keep the product out of the reach of children under 3 years of age
- Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose . In case of overdose, prolonged use or in subjects with renal insufficiency it is advisable to contact your doctor

Polase
Polase, in fact, is formulated with the following organic salts of Potassium and Magnesium:
- Potassium gluconate and Magnesium citrate for the effervescent formulations of Polase Arancia, Polase Limone and Polase Plus;
- Potassium citrate and Magnesium citrate for tablets.
Organic salts tend to be more soluble than inorganic ones and, consequently, more assimilable by the body.
The mineral salts, following ingestion, are absorbed in the small intestine. It has been shown in the literature that the extent of absorption (i.e. the amount of salt absorbed compared to that ingested) strictly depends on the solubility of the salt itself: the more soluble the salt, the greater the absorption. The extent of absorption depends on the quantity of mineral salts that reaches the bloodstream and which, therefore, can perform its functions within the body (bioavailability).
