The specific formula of Polase Sport has been designed to provide multiple benefits to athletes. It is a product indicated before physical activity, during physical activity and after physical activity. Before physical activity, maltodextrins help in releasing energy throughout the training period. During training, however, fructose comes into play. After physical activity it helps to replenish physical activity.
What Polase Sport contains
- Fructose: simple sugar with a low glycemic index that provides ready-to-use energy .
- Maltodextrin: complex carbohydrates which are gradually metabolized by the body. They release energy gradually and over time, providing glucose that the body will use during sports.
Hydrosaline integration
- Magnesium: contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue , to normal energy metabolism and helps to replenish the hydro-saline losses that occurred with sweating.
- Potassium: contributes to normal muscle function and helps maintain normal blood pressure.
Antioxidant action
- Vitamins C and E: contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress induced by physical activity; with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake, Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion
