Potassium tartrate is naturally produced by the fermentation of grapes: it is then purified without chemicals and added to sodium bicarbonate of mineral origin and corn starch, to obtain the leavening powder that has always been used for baked goods.

Recommendations for use
Add the sifted yeast to the flour, mixing well. Combine the other ingredients and put directly in the oven.
