Organic Pomegranate Juice Concentrate is a food supplement based on substances with an antioxidant effect useful for counteracting the damage caused by free radicals.

This pomegranate juice is obtained by simple cold pressing of the fruit and then concentrated 5 times. Excellent for its strong antioxidant action and on the digestive system. It also has a remineralizing, revitalizing and balancing action on the intestinal bacterial flora.

Each 200 ml pack of Pomegranate juice concentrate (1: 5) contains more than 1Kg of Pomegranate.

The raw material is grown in Turkey by a German company and is immediately processed on site following the German regulations for organic food.

The production process involves a first phase of concentration (which takes advantage of the lowering of pressure and very low temperatures - very similar to the freeze-drying process) so that the sugars naturally present in the product "preserve" the juice without forcing the addition of additives and preservatives. Secondly, it undergoes a process of tindalization at a low temperature (65 ° C), which is very similar to the sterilization process but does not reach those very high temperatures, which can degrade the active components of food (tindalization is widely used for meat, fish , jams and fruit juices).

How to use : dilute 1 tablespoon of product in about 100 ml of water or fruit juice or herbal tea.
