Food supplement based on magnesium (Triomig: Magnesium citrate, Magnesium gluconate, Magnesium lactate), potassium, creatine and green tea extract. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the electrolyte balance, to normal energy metabolism. In synergy with potassium, it contributes to normal muscle function and to the functioning of the nervous system. Green tea extract, which enriches the formulation, has an antioxidant activity and has a tonic action, helping to counteract physical and mental fatigue.

Ingrediants
Sweeteners: erythritol; sucralose; magnesium (TrioMig: Magnesiolactate, Tribasic Magnesium citrate, Magnesium gluconate); potassium citrate; acidifier: citric acid; creatine monohydrate; aroma; coloring: E150a (simple caramel, maltodextrin); Green tea extract ( Camelia sinensis (L.) Kuntze , leaves); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

How to use
We recommend taking 2 sachets a day, to be dissolved each in a glass of water (about 100 ml).

Warnings
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years old. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product contains sugar alcohols: excessive consumption can have laxative effects. Do not use during pregnancy and children, or in any case for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor.

Store at room temperature (not above 25 ° C); avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in unopened package.
