Magnesium
It intervenes in numerous metabolic processes and is useful for normal energy metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system, muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingrediants
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium (TrioMig: magnesium lactate, magnesium citrate, magnesium gluconate); potassium citrate; anti-caking agents: diglycerol behenate, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, polyvinylpyrrolidone.

How to use
We recommend taking 4 tablets a day to be swallowed with a little water.

For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to consult the doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
