POTASSIUMPLUS is a food supplement based on Potassium, Magnesium, Coenzyme Q10, L-Carnitine and Creatine. Magnesium and potassium are two essential minerals for the natural well-being of our body. Potassium promotes the maintenance of normal muscle function while Magnesium is useful for the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

These two mineral salts are the most abundant within human cells and are closely related to each other. In fact, the passage of potassium in and out of the cells (the so-called ion pump) is activated precisely by sodium and magnesium, the deficiencies of which can also trigger potassium losses, also for this reason they are often inserted together within the formulations of various food supplements.

- Coenzyme Q10 also known as ubiquinone represents a fundamental element for the correct functioning of the mitochondrion, an intracellular organelle that acts as an energy center favoring the production of ATP in the presence of oxygen. Coenzyme Q10 is essential for maintaining good physical efficiency.

- L-Carnitine promotes the transport of fatty acids inside the cells which are thus used in the form of energy for the cellular mitochondria, reducing body fat and increasing muscle mass and physical performance. It improves the tone of the heart muscle and helps to decrease the level of LDL cholesterol present in the blood.

- The positive effects of Creatine on performance derive from its ability to release energy in moments of maximum metabolic demand. Creatine is in fact a precursor for the formation of ATP, the main form of energy used by cells.

Ingrediants

Bulking agent: Maltodextrin; Sodium bicarbonate, Potassium citrate, L-Carnitine tartrate, Creatine monohydrate, Thickener: Gum arabic; Acidicant: citric acid; Ubidecarenone titrated at 40% in Coenzyme Q10, Orange flavor, Tribasic anhydrous magnesium citrate, Sweetener: Steviol glycosides.

How to use

1 sachet once or twice a day to dissolve in half a glass of water or in a half liter bottle.

Warnings

To activate the effervescence of the product, it is advisable when taking it to pour the contents of the sachet into half a glass of water or into a half-liter bottle and mix / shake until the powder is completely dissolved. The possible appearance of foam when the powder is dissolved in the water is not an indication of alteration of the product but is due to the presence of substances appropriately dosed to create the effervescence. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily doses. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a correct lifestyle.

Additional warning

Do not use in pregnancy and in children under 12 years of age. Consult the doctor's opinion in case of prolonged intake, pathologies or pharmacological therapies in progress.

Method of conservation

Keep in a cool and dry place. Do not use after the expiry of the conservation deadline. The expiry date refers to the unopened and properly stored product.
