ENDURANCE
Food supplement for athletes formulated to optimize resistance. Contains complex carbohydrates and electrolytes useful for maintaining endurance performance during prolonged physical exercise. Pre Gara Endurance provides long chain maltodextrin, glucogenic amino acids and branched chain amino acids, capable of being metabolized at different times. The presence of vitamins (B2, B5, B6, C and Folate) helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, while the electrolytes present (Ca, Mg, K) contribute to normal muscle function. Vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C, Biotin) allow a physiological energy metabolism and Vitamin B6 supports the normal metabolism of proteins. Vitamin C, at the proposed dosage, contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical effort and protects cells from oxidative stress. It does not contain gluten or lactose.

How to use
We recommend using the product about 30 min. before the sporting match. Use 1 sachet in about 200 ml of water for medium-duration activities, 2 sachets (in about 400 ml of water) in case of intense and prolonged physical effort. To optimize the assimilation of the product, when the external temperature is particularly high, it is useful to drink about 200 cc of water about 10-15 minutes before the start of the performance.
Warnings
The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended intake quantities. Do not use in pregnancy and in children, or in any case for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. The beneficial effect of vitamin C is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake. The product is tested free of Nandrolone and Testosterone with their precursors, free of Beta2 agonists, diuretics, amphetamines and ephedrines.
