Prereid is a food intended for special medical purposes based on a suitably balanced mixture with carbohydrates and mineral salts, fibers (FOS and XOS) and Zinc , useful for restoring the salt and water balance altered by acute diarrhea, vomiting or other situations that may cause increased losses of these elements.

How is Prereid Liquid used?

In cases of mild to moderate dehydration, in children and adults, it is recommended to take 50 ml of solution per kg of body weight in the first 4 or 6 hours. At the end of this rapid rehydration period, take Prereid as needed or as directed by your doctor.

Warnings before using Prereid Liquid

The product must be used under the direction and under the supervision of the doctor. It should not be intended as the sole source of nutrition and should not be administered parenterally. In case of vomiting, take in small doses repeated over time. Keep out of reach of children.
