Food supplement of valerian, escolzia, passionflower and vitamin B6. Promotes relaxation and physiological night rest.
Valerian
Its components act at the level of the reticular structure and not at the level of the limbic system as the synthetic sedatives (Benzodiazepines). 1,2 It has the property of moderating nervous excitability and facilitating the release of endorphins.
Escolzia
It acts on the central nervous system. Promotes relaxation and re-physiology. 3.4
Passionflower
Its action is exerted on the central nervous system, but it also shows remarkable peripheral activity on smooth muscle. 5.6
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)
Helps to maintain constant levels of serotonin and central neurotransmitters.
