BOSWELLIA

Boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb.) Is a resin ex tit. at 65% of ac. boswellics, recommended in case of degenerative joint disorders, reduced morning motor skills, muscle pain, rheumatism, arthrosis, inflammation of the soft tissues (tendinitis, fibromyalgia). Thanks to its anti-inflammatory action, boswellia is successfully used in the treatment of arthritis, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, as it does not have the side effects on the gastric mucosa typical of NSAIDs. Boswellic Acids inhibit 5-lipoxygenase thereby blocking the synthesis of different types of leukotrienes in both Acute and Chronic inflammation

TURMERIC

Curcuma (Curcuma Longa) is a plant that belongs to the Zingiberaceae family: for its beneficial and healing properties, it is used for its ability to counteract inflammatory processes within the body. The active ingredient is Curcumin which gives Turmeric an anti-inflammatory and analgesic action, for this reason it is used effectively in the treatment of inflammation, joint pain, arthritis and arthrosis. Recent studies have shown that Curcumin has anticancer properties, because it is capable of blocking the action of an enzyme believed to be responsible for different types of cancer

MSM

MethylSulfonylMethane or more simply MSM is an organic compound containing sulfur, with brute formula (CH3) 2SO2. The nutraceutical properties of MethylSulfonylMethane derive from its sulfur content in bioavailable form. From the studies currently published, MSM is useful in: - Protecting the muscle from the damaging action of Free Radicals in intense workouts; - Reduce joint pain in the course of Gonarthrosis; - Improve joint mobility during Knee Osteoarthritis; - Delay joint complications in inflammatory pathologies.

BROMELAIN

Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme contained in the fruit and in the pineapple stem with anti-inflammatory, digestive and anti-edema action. It is used to promote recovery after surgery or from sports injuries, bruises, arthritis, rheumatoid polyarthritis, gout, ulcerative colitis and dysmenorrhea. The safety of the use of Bromelain compared to other anti-inflammatory drugs is given by its different mechanism of action: unlike NSAIDs, Bromelain increases the production of prostaglandins with anti-inflammatory activity, consequently reducing the one with pro-inflammatory activity; this difference in the mechanism of action therefore allows to avoid NSAIDs and the gastrointestinal damage typical of their use (often abuse).

C VITAMIN
Vitamin C in the body performs many important functions. The most famous is probably the Antioxidant: it counteracts the damage caused by Free Radicals considered one of the main responsible for cellular aging processes. Another important function of Vitamin C is to promote the production of Collagen, an important component of the skin, ligaments and blood vessels, and it also helps to repair and keep cartilage healthy.

BLACK PEPPER

l Black Pepper, a derivative of Piper Nigrum, is a plant of the Piperaceae family native to India. Black pepper contains an alkaloid, Piperine, as well as: Oleoresins, Essential Oils, Glycosides and Polysaccharides. Piperine stimulates the formation of saliva and the secretion of gastric juices; it has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and diuretic properties. It is considered a metabolic stimulant, useful in weight control, which determines a greater absorption of the components of Turmeric, enhancing some of its properties

Recommended dose :

1 tablet twice a day to be taken with a little water
