PAPAYA, through a long fermentation process at low temperature, enriches the constituents of the fruit (enzymes, carotenoids) with new components, including Polyphenols and Oligosaccharides (with antioxidant activity), giving this preparation unprecedented antioxidant, immunostimulating and revitalizing properties. thus offering a Natural Response to various problems.
