The food supplement Probioflora Kefir contains freeze-dried granules of Kefir and selected live lactic ferments that favor the balance of the intestinal flora.

Ingrediants
Lactobacillus casei , Bifidumbacterium bifidum , Lactobacillusacidophilus , kefir grains, acacia fiber, inuline; anticaking agent: silicon dioxide; cellulose covering.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 capsule a day with a glass of water, preferably between main meals.
