Probios Gluten Free Quinoa Mix Cereal
Probios gluten-free cereals are a delicious base for the preparation of many recipes: sautéed with vegetables, for flans or pies and many other preparations that your imagination suggests! Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa) is not a real cereal, but a herbaceous plant. It was already cultivated 5,000 years ago by the Andean populations, for which it still forms the food base today. The Incas revered it as a sacred plant calling it "mother of all seeds". Its nutritional characteristics make it a good source of protein and fiber.
