Probios Hemp Seeds Gluten Free
Probios gluten-free oilseeds are a valuable snack, perfect as an addition to salads, cereals, muesli or in yogurt. The hulled hemp seeds, obtained from a herbaceous plant (Cannabis sativa), were already an ingredient in oriental cuisine and in some areas of Russia, with which a sort of farinata was prepared in times of famine. They have been rediscovered in recent years and are now widely used in the kitchen.
