Probios hulled spelled cereals

Spelled (Triticum dicoccum) is a cereal used by man since ancient times, famous for being the food of the Roman legions, as well as giving rise to the word "flour". Probios spelled is hulled, i.e. without the husk, and is grown in Italy.
