Probios Organic Sunflower Seeds Gluten Free
Probios gluten-free oilseeds are a valuable snack perfect in addition to salads, cereals, muesli or in yogurt. Sunflower seeds (Helianthus annuus) are collected from the homonymous plant which has South American origins where it was grown as early as 1000 BC They are excellent for enriching the taste of numerous cooked and raw dishes or for the preparation of bread, focaccia and biscuits and to make the muesli more inviting. They are naturally a source of fiber and vegetable proteins. This product has not undergone any heat treatment above 42 ° C and retains its natural nutritional characteristics! It is therefore suitable for raw food choice.
