Probios Pearl Barley Cereals
Probios cereals are a precious base for the preparation of many recipes: sautéed with vegetables, for flans or soups and many other preparations that suggest your imagination! Barley (Hordeum vulgare) is one of the oldest grasses used in history. It is native to Western Asia, but also cultivated in Italy, like this one proposed by Probios.
