Probios gluten-free oilseeds are a precious snack; perfect in addition to salads, cereals, muesli or in yogurt. The Probios mix is a ready-to-use blend of lightly toasted dark flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Excellent for enriching the taste of numerous cooked and raw dishes or for the preparation of bread, focaccia and biscuits, bread or biscuits and to make muesli more inviting or as a tantalizing aperitif. They are naturally a source of fiber and vegetable proteins.
