Probios sponge cake is a bakery product made from Italian wheat flour and without palm oil. Versatile and suitable for numerous pastry preparations, it is ideal as a base for your cake: it is not necessary to turn on the oven, because it is ready to be filled! Wet it with a liquid of your choice (milk, coffee, fruit juice) and fill it with cream, ice cream, chocolate or mousse of your choice.
