Use mode
How to use cold: FREEZER. Place in the freezer for at least 1.30 / 2.00 hours. Extract, insert the envelope in the special pocket-cloth and apply on the interested part. How to use hot: HOT WATER Immerse in boiling water for max 5 minutes. Extract, dry, insert the envelope in the special pocket-cloth and apply on the affected part. MICROWAVE OVEN Place the bag in the oven for a maximum of 1 minute by setting the oven to 650 Watt. Extract, insert the envelope in the special pocket-cloth and apply on the interested part.
