How to use
The recommended daily dose is one tablespoon for adults and one teaspoon for children. An effect can usually be expected within about 4-6 hours.
Warnings
The continued use of laxatives can cause addiction.
Do not use laxatives if abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting are present.
Prolonged use of laxatives can induce a state of dehydration; the product should therefore be used for occasional treatments. Do not take in conjunction with other laxatives.
