PROMASE, the new food supplement designed for men.

The original formulation associates SERENOA REPENS, whose effects on the prostate are known, to D-MANNOSE.

Benign prostatic hypertrophy is an enlarged prostate that is very common in men after 50 years of age.

The causes of this widespread disorder are not known, in fact it affects almost 50% of men after 50 years of age and 75% of men over 80 years of age. Certainly, however, benign prostatic hypertrophy is influenced by the hormonal changes that occur in men from the age of 40.

The increase in the volume of the prostate causes a narrowing of the urethra, the channel through which urine from the bladder is expelled.

This can easily result in:
- difficulty urinating
- stagnation of urine and, consequently, frequent infections

Several clinical studies have demonstrated the efficacy of SERENOA REPENS in the treatment of benign prostatic hypertrophy, thanks to its antiandrogenic activity.
SERENOA REPENS also has anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxant activity, promoting better emptying of the bladder.

From the use of D-MANNOSE, well known for fighting cystitis,
the uniqueness of PROMASE is born, which associates D-MANNOSIO with SERENOA for the first time in Italy.

In fact, studies confirm that prostate infection is often caused by the reflux of urine through the urethra, which can go back up to the prostatic ducts.

D-MANNOSE, by helping to keep urine "clean", can avoid this mechanism which continues to fuel prostate inflammation.

From the experience of the naturopath Milo Manfredini in the treatment of recurrent cystitis and urinary infections, the intuition of associating these two substances was born, in order to improve the activity of SERENOA with an effective action also on urinary infections and prostatitis.

This combination therefore makes PROMASE interesting,
as well as for benign prostatic hypertrophy, where the action of the 2 combined components expresses the maximum potential, also for bacterial and abacterial prostatitis.

PROMASE contains: Serenoa (Serenoa Repens fruit) dry extract titrated at 45% and D-Mannose. Each tablet provides 320 mg of Serenoa es (for 144 mg of fatty acids) and 180 mg of D-Mannose.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ASSUMPTION: It is recommended to take 1 tablet immediately after the first urination in the morning + 1 tablet immediately after the last urination in the evening (equal to a total of 640mg of Serenoa titrated to 45% in fatty acids and 360mg of D-Mannose).
