Inosima 500 is Myo-Inositol in slow-release tablets.

Each tablet provides 500 mg of pure Inositol.

Inositol or mesoinosite or vitamin b7 is a primary component of cell membranes, where it is present in the form of phosphatidylinositol. It is an important mediator of innumerable reactions in our body and acts in close contact with Choline, a substance useful for supporting liver function.

Inositol, taken orally, is largely modified and deactivated in the stomach. The patented Inosima 500 tablets are slow-release, a technology designed to allow optimal absorption of the substance at the duodenal level.

How is Inosima 500 used

We recommend 4 tablets a day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening, away from main meals for cycles of 4-5 weeks
