It is a sterile and absorbent product, composed of ORC, lyophilized bovine collagen and Silver. In the presence of exudates it transforms into a soft conformable, biodegradable and bioabsorbable gel.
The Promogran PLUS * matrix promotes tissue growth, protecting the wound from all those factors that slow down the healing process.
