MODULATING PROTEASE MATRIX

Indications:
in the treatment of chronic and acute problematic injuries. It is applied directly on the lesion, in contact with the exudate or with the saline solution gels. It is resorbable and does not require removal.

Characteristics:
treatment that allows to rebalance and modulate pathological conditions in all chronic and acute lesions. Regardless of the associated pathology, the persistence of the inflammatory phase causes exudation and a significant increase in the level of proteases. PROMOGRAN irreversibly inactivates excess proteases, while protecting growth factors. In the reabsorption of PROMOGRAN the leproteases remain inactivated and the growth factors are released active in the lesion. In this way PROMOGRAN creates the ideal conditions for tissue repair in chronic lesions.

Warnings:
before applying PROMOGRAN remove the necrotic tissue with a surgical or autolytic debridement (NU-GEL) to obtain complete wound cleansing. If the lesion is infected or at risk of infection, treat with an antiseptic dressing (ACTISORB Plus 25). PROMOGRAN must be covered with a secondary dressing (ADAPTICTIELLE). It can be used under an elastic compression bandage.

modulating protease matrix composed of 55% collagen and 45% of oxidized and regenerated cellulose.
