Psyllium has an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system and is useful for the regularity of intestinal transit.
Fennel extract contributes to regular gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gas.

Psyllium 3 g, guar gum PHGG 500 mg, L-tryptophan 300 mg, fennel dry extract 50 mg.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 sachets a day. Take at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after medication.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass, dissolve in at least 200 ml of water or any non-carbonated drink, mix well until the product is completely dissolved and consume immediately after preparation.
