HOW TO USE

We recommend taking 1 capsule per day. In periods of increased need, 1 capsule 4 times a day is recommended.

How to take: bring the capsule close to the mouth in a vertical position with the cover upwards, remove it and pour the contents directly into the mouth, without swallowing the capsule.

INGREDIANTS

Sucrose, Food gelatin capsule, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves), Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha Medicus, young shoots), Linden (Tilia tomentosa Moench, buds), Color: Titanium dioxide (for the capsule).

Lemon balm, Lime, Hawthorn are defined as "anxiolytic plants", which have always been used to rediscover tranquility and relaxation.

WARNINGS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS
