It is a supplement based on Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Betaine, Cystine, Zinc, Niacin, Vitamin B6.

ProNubio Donna contains the essential micronutrients to support the full efficiency of the natural synthesis cycle of Glutathione (GSH), the retransformation of L-homocysteine into Methionine and the normal metabolism of Methyl groups, essential for mitochondrial energy support. Indeed, cellular energy depends on the availability of glutathione for the mitochondria.
The mitochondrial activity of the oocytes is strongly dependent on the presence of glutathione, in the absence of which there is a premature aging of the same.

Composition

• Folic acid in methylated form (methylfolate) active even in the absence of the enzyme MTHFR (dihydrofolate reductase);
• Vitamin B12 in methylated form (methylcobalamin) active even in the absence of the enzyme MTRR (methyl-transferase reductase);
• Betaine (trimethyl glycine) also active in the absence of the BHMT enzyme (betaine-homocysteine methyl transferase);
• Donor of cysteine (cystine) also active in the absence of the CBS enzyme (cystathionine beta synthase);
• Zinc , an important component of redox reactions;
• Niacin , whose activity is carried out both through NAD and NADP and as coenzymes of many oxidoreductases;
• Vitamin B6 , present as a substrate of many redox reactions.

How to use

We recommend 1 tablet a day on an empty stomach, at least 2 hours before or after meals, for at least 3 consecutive months.
