Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] Seeds dry extract 20% 5'-hydroxytryptophan 35%, St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum L.) flowers titrated 0.3% hypericin 23%, chelated magnesium 15.85%, caryophyllata (Geum urbanum L.) root 15%, vitamin B6 0.95%, inositol 0.20%; thickeners: gum arabic (Acacia SenegalWilld.) 5%, microcrystalline cellulose 5%, magnesium stearate.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet before breakfast and 1 tablet before dinner, 1.0 g per day, corresponding to 100% of the NRV of vitamin B6, 35% of the NRV of magnesium and 0.69 mg of hypericin.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
If you take medications, ask your doctor for advice before using the product because St. John's wort extract can interfere with their metabolism and also inhibit their activity.
Hypericum extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents.
