Ashwaganda, also known by the term of Withania somnifera or Indian Ginseng, is a plant native to India, known for its adaptive properties.

Ashwaganda [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] root es tit. 1.5% whitenilodi; charging agent: cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; L. fermentum CS57 50 billion / g, B. longum SGB05 100 billion / g, L. plantarum 14D 100 billion / g, L. rhamnosus LR1 100 billion / g; glazing agent: gellan gum.

Possible presence of lactose, casein and milk proteins.

How to use
We recommend taking one capsule in the morning and one in the afternoon, to be taken with plenty of water.
