Composition: Aspen (Populus tremula) Bach flower, Impatiens (Impatiens gladulifera) Bach flower, Passiflora (Passiflora incarnata) plant, Withania (Withania somnifera) roots.

Aspen (safety): is the flower for hypersensitive people, who have the feeling of imminent danger, who never feel safe and are always on the alert. They are individuals who cannot define what they are afraid of, but this emotion accompanies them during the day and gives restless sleep and nightmares at night. The flower helps to rebalance excessive sensitivity.

Impatiens (patience): it is the flower for those suffering from anticipatory anxiety, for those who want everything to be done quickly, for those who do not adapt to the rhythm of others and situations. These people struggle to sleep because they plan the work or the events that await them when they wake up. They are restless individuals who seem to have quicksilver in their bodies. The flower helps to regain physical and mental calm.

Passionflower (calm): the plant promotes relaxation and sleep. It is used a lot for its effectiveness on the nervous system. The name refers by analogy to the passion of Christ: the corolla recalls the crown of thorns, the ovary the cross, the stamens the hammer that drove the nails, depicted in the stigmas; in the style you can see the column of the flagellation and in the five anthers the sores of the side. It is on the basis of this symbolism that tradition assigns calming virtues to the plant.

Withania (adaptation): it is a plant with adaptogenic effects, it improves resistance to stress and situations that create anxiety and tension, promoting relaxation. Its Indian name "ashwagandha" means "smell of horse" and by analogy the tradition believes that this plant makes those who take it as strong and vigorous as a horse. In the Ayurvedic tradition it is known as Indian ginseng.
