What is it for

Psotherapy® is a line of products, formulated on a natural basis, specifically designed as a cosmetic complement to counteract skin flaking and dryness problems. Equipped with marked soothing, moisturizing and emollient properties, the Natural Psotherapy® treatment is ideal for very dry skin which is often associated with flaking and itching due to various causes such as psoriasis, dermatitis, xerosis or unsightly scaly patches. Thanks to the presence of the patented extract, Propsoriasis R&D, Psotherapy® carries out a protective and sebum-restoring action, effectively helping to reduce dryness and skin flaking. Psotherapy® is a precious and effective help to keep the skin in its perfect natural barrier function.

Who can use the cream

Psotherapy® is a safe preparation even for children because it is composed of plant extracts of edible plants and non-toxic and safe solvents. It can also be used by pregnant women, breastfeeding women, diabetic patients and the elderly. Its effectiveness is completed by a diet that favors proteins of vegetable origin to animal ones, by proper hydration (it is recommended to drink at least 2 liters of water a day) and by limiting or eliminating the intake of nicotine and alcohol. Furthermore, it has been observed that a significant decrease or elimination of the intake of milk of animal origin, dairy products and derivatives, considerably increases the effectiveness of the treatment and accelerates its beneficial effects.

It is advisable to consult your doctor in cases of controlled feeding.

Side effects

There were no noteworthy undesirable effects. There are no contraindications, with the exception of a possible allergy to plants belonging to the Chenopodiaceae family, to Chenopodium or to any of the ingredients present in our products.

In any case, if allergic reactions are noted, it is advisable to stop treatment immediately and consult your doctor.

During the first few weeks of treatment, increased skin redness, itching and a burning sensation may occur. This is possibly a normal reaction to the active substance, commonly known as the "paradox effect", and should not be a cause for concern. In any case, if these manifestations were to last longer, or acquire a connotation of excessive pain or burning, it is advisable to decrease the frequency of applications from two per day to one. If even this frequency does not relieve these sensations, decrease the applications from one daily to one every other day until improvement. Gradually resume the recommended applications

Do not use the cream

If you are allergic to Chenopodiaceae, Chenopodium or any of the ingredients in our products.

In conjunction with other treatments or creams containing cortisones, even of natural origin, for the treatment of psoriasis and more. In this case it is advisable to use the Psotherapy® treatment at least two weeks after having suspended any other topical treatments of a pharmaceutical and cosmetic nature. Before modifying or discontinuing other treatments in progress, consult your doctor.

It has been found that the concomitant use of the Psotherapy® treatment of beta-blocking drugs could inhibit or slow down the mechanism of action of the active ingredient of Psotherapy®. In these cases it is advisable to consult your doctor.

How to use the cream

Ingredients: Aqua, Beta Vulgaris Extract, Zea Mays Germ Oil, Sodium Acrylates Copolymer (and) Hydrogenated Polydecene (and) PPG-1 Trideceth-6, Tocopheryl Acetate, Ascorbic Acid, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate

NO CORTISONE, NO SLS, NO SLES, NICKEL FREE, NO PARABENS.

How to use

Thoroughly clean the parts of the skin on which you need to apply the cream (we recommend using hydrogen peroxide at 3% or 10 volumes, i.e. hydrogen peroxide commonly sold) by rubbing very gently to help remove surface scales. Wait until the area is completely dry before applying an adequate dose of cream on the area to be treated, gently tapping the product with your fingers to make sure you reach all the affected areas. Absolutely avoid massaging with excessive force. Leave a light veil of product on the skin and wait for the cream to dry completely in the air. The product is easily absorbed, non-greasy and non-staining. Apply Psotherapy® Cream every day until improvement, with at least two daily applications, preferably one in the morning and one in the evening, avoiding more than twelve hours to pass between one application and another. Once the optimal result is achieved, continue with the applications every other day as a maintenance treatment, to keep imperfections under control. The mechanism of action of Psotherapy is strongly "dose-dependent", therefore, the two daily applications are those identified as "minimum indispensable" to obtain satisfactory results with relatively short times, if possible, it would be advisable to increase the applications to three or even four a day, to increase the effectiveness and speed of action of the treatment. In any case, the utmost consistency in following the treatment and applications of Psotherapy® Crema is essential.

It is not recommended to apply hydrogen peroxide to the following areas of the body:

• scalp

• genital areas

• face
