Ingrediants
Psyllium cuticle powder (3.6 g per sachet); citric acid; silicon dioxide, elderberry extract; natural orange flavoring; sucralose.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 sachet, 1-2 times a day, before or between meals Dissolve the contents in plenty of water or other non-carbonated drink (at least 200 ml), mix for 10-15 seconds and swallow before the product begins to gel. Drink abundantly throughout the day.
In children over the age of three it is recommended to halve the dose.

Warnings
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medication. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.

Store in a cool, dry place and away from light. Do not take the product in case of intestinal obstruction, fecaloma syndrome, acute abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, serious diseases affecting the digestive system.
