How to use

1 sachet per day. The powder is dissolved in a large glass of water (200 ml) or in a fruit juice, yogurt or centrifuged, mixing. Drink immediately. For transit, take the product preferably in the evening before going to bed.
For the activity on the absorption of nutrients, take it half an hour before a meal. It is recommended to take at least two hours away from drugs and other supplements.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. The intake of fibers can be contraindicated in some pathologies (eg particular gastrointestinal affections), or interfere with the absorption of some drugs. In such cases, consult your doctor in advance. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after the drugs. Due to the natural origin of some ingredients, it is possible to have color variations from batch to batch, which do not affect the quality of the product.
