The seeds, already known to the ancients for their multiple and beneficial properties, are among the safest and most harmless intestinal regulators. The mucilages contained in them that in contact with water swell in the intestinal tract, favor a natural evacuation both through a mild reactivation of intestinal peristalsis, and by exerting a good anti-inflammatory, emollient and absorbent action on the mucous membranes. They are equally useful in case of enteritis, colitis and diverticulitis.

Ingrediants

Mucilage, aucuboside heteroside, potassium salts, trace elements.

Use

1 tablespoon in yogurt in the evening before bedtime. In stubborn constipation the dose can be doubled.

The dosage should be halved in pediatric age.
