Description
Food supplement of lactitol and 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweetener.
The lactitol contained in Psyllogel Fast contributes to normal intestinal functions thanks to an increase in the frequency of evacuation. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 10 g of lactitol contained in a stick.
The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fast is useful for:
- favor the regularity of intestinal transit;
- favor the balance of the intestinal bacterial flora.
1 stick of Psyllogel Fast powder provides 10 g of lactitol and 3.6 g of 99% psylliumpura fiber.

Ingredients
Lactitol (contains lactose ), Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forssk.tegumentum seminis) 99% pure dry seed; acidifier: citric acid; aroma, black carrot (Daucus carota L.) root dry extract; sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 sticks of Psyllogel Fast a day in the evening before going to bed (or according to the opinion of the doctor/pharmacist). Psyllogel Fast must be taken with adequate quantities of water: pour the contents of one stick into a glass (250 ml), fill with still, still water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.

Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product has laxative effects. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medication. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Also suitable for pregnancy.
