Food supplement of 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweeteners.
The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for:
- favor the regularity of intestinal transit thanks to the formation of soft and flowing feces;
- favor the balance of the intestinal bacterial flora;
- help slow down the absorption of nutrients and promote the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.
4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra powder provide 12 g of 99% pure psyllium fiber.

Ingredients
Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forssk., tegumentum seminis) 99% pure dry seed, maltodextrin, flavouring; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of NEUTRAL Psyllogel Fibra per day, at any time of the day or according to the opinion of the doctor/pharmacist. PsyllogelFibra NEUTRO must be taken with adequate quantities of water: pour the contents of a sachet into a drink glass (200 ml), fill with still, non-carbonated water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.

Warnings
Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking any medications. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Also suitable during pregnancy. Contains no sources of lactose.
